The first notes of this album have been played between 2007 and 2008 during the composition process of the album "By The Third Sea". This one have progressively turning into a concept album around the theme of the sea, some tracks had to be removed from the final selection, in a matter of coherence. After the release of By The Third Sea, I remembered these demos and told to myself that it would be a pity if they remained unfinished, like drowned in the ocean and forgotten forever. That's why I decided to "rescue them from drowning" by reworking and finishing them. Each of these eight pieces has its own universe, its own personality, its own world. Despite this, I tried to make it a coherent story. You will always find sweetness and melancholy, but sometimes rage, bitterness and a certain darkness. The dreamy moments are more rare and are sometimes replaced by some disenchantment. But some notes of hope can also be heard. What would be remains without hope ? Again, giving birth to these songs allowed me to partially heal my inner wounds. If these songs also speak to your soul, then I will be the happiest.
