Buckwheat Zydeco is the preeminent ambassador of Louisiana’s zydeco music. Infusing its naturally urbanized sound with touches of synthesizer and trumpet, his party music flawlessly ties together rock and R&B for a night on the town. They bring a down-home and high-powered celebration each and every time.
Since his bands inception, Buckwheat has collaborated and performed with Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Willie Nelson, Mavis Staples, Paul Simon, Ry Cooder, and many many more.
