I'd be more worried about (older) couples showing up at THAT show than a Feb 14th show with Mos Def. Whatever grooves you, though, man.

Isn't DJ House Shoes x Black Milk X Elzhi the same night as Flying Lotus? I might have to see Flying Lotus again, his last show at the Mezz was out-of-this-world spectacular. Literally! His show's an amazing, amazing ride.. Going to see DJ Cam is one of those things I need to do or else I'll probably cry myself to sleep over missing!.. I had one of those phases when all I used to listen to was Beat Assasinated, Underground Vibes, Soulshine, The French Connection, Loa Project II + Album Inconnu over-and-over again on my Sony Walkman while I'd wander the streets of San Jose whenever I was in recess from attending UC Santa Cruz.. I've gotten lost and found my way all with DJ Cam as my soundtrack, so there's this sort of spiritual connection I have to lots of that man's older catalog, haha. It sounds kinda weird but chea, I love his music haha! Btw, listen to his DJ Cam Quartet, stuff, there's some HIDDEN GEMS of cover songs he recorded that may delight your ears ;)
