damn. it was good show. I've been fortunate enough to see them 3 times in like the past year. Always put on a great show. As for the Ratatat, they are indeed playing the national. Toads Place shut down.

Oh, Okkervil River was excellent. I was actually really looking forward to both before the show. I was somewhere in the middle, of course stuck behind the tallest guy. But, it is all right. the show was definitely incredible. Definitely happy that Neko case was there.

Daaaamn! 3 hours of driving only to be called down on for trying to have a fun time?..and what's a rock concert without pot and liquor anyway? I went to a 'DKM' show in Chicago this week and from the impression I was able to get they don't give a shit about the drinking age up north! Nothing complements a Celtic punk show better than ice cold Guinness.
