Hello there, my friend! As usual, my reply is later than ever :P Right now I'm still in Italy and still struggling to get rid of the University of Perugia... I'm going to get my degree in July and I'm going to continue my studies in Bologna (hopefully)... Meanwhile, I'm not musically obsessing over anything :/ It's a strange feeling, actually - the fact is, overall I've been obsessing over uni, during the last months... It's been a depressing period, to be honest. But, at least, I've seen Kasabian live in February and... Well, I hugged Misha Collins. :P How are you, sweetie?

I'm looking forward to it for sure. I really love the Criminal EP so I'm sure the album will be awesome. Isn't Allen great? I always want to recommend him to everyone because his voice is so amazing, but I'm not sure if they'll like his music. Definitely check out Unaware, that's the popular favorite. That was my introduction to him, but I saw him perform it on Conan. Most people like his "mother's living room" video. I feel the same way about Mariah. She became a different artist in the 2000s and I wasn't feeling it. Always Be My Baby was actually the song that got me into music. Still one of my favorite songs and Daydream is my favorite album ever. Thank you so much for the compliment! I really appreciate that :)

Blair and Chuck were so right for 1 another - money can't buy happiness but it certainly keeps them occupied :D They do show glimpses of their family life and it's not a coincidence that both sets of parents were too busy working to make time for them ... maybe that's why they're so fucked-up and spineless as adults? IDK why I watched 'Buffy' or 'Dawson's Creek' EVER? DC is so self-righteous and annoying now ... hate all the characters, hate Dawson's big clueless head, hate that Joey/Katie Holmes could be attractive but her nervous mannerisms mess it up every time. I think my favorite episodes were ones where Abby wreaked havoc on the gang! :D I enjoyed 'Felicity' for a bit but I feel like that was a phase, too. I always think of the pink power ranger playing her only other role when I see reruns :P Haven't seen the previews for Leo's Gatsby flick yet - I'm more psyched to hear that Leo and Tarantino are doing a movie together (it's about time!)

I heard her full-length album will be released in September of this year. I hear ya, I listened to nothing but her for a couple days after that concert. I kept telling everyone how great she was. I'm not a fan of 2000s Mariah. Rainbow and Glitter were about half good with the other half being unbearable. Lead the Way is one of my favorite songs, though.

I loved Penn and Blake together! They had great chemistry and surely that is what led to some antics after the cameras stop rolling :D Dan and Blair? Haha, Dan doesn't have enough money and Blair doesn't have enough brain power for that one to work out! Teen shows I used to watch? Dude, I'm embarrassing myself owning up to 'Dawson's Creek' and 'Buffy' (Whore for the CW and formerly, the WB) ... I even tuned into 'Melrose Place' once upon a time :P Kill me?

ZZ Ward is fab! I first heard her when she opened for the incredible Allen Stone two weeks ago. I kept being impressed with how great each song was and I wanted to buy whatever album she had for sale, but she didn't have any merchandise available after Allen's set. How did you discover her?

The whole cast of 'Gossip Girl' was attractive! I thought Blake and Penn were kinda cute together :P Am I always alone in these opinions? Anyways, I've seen Ed do interviews off the show and that's how I discovered he was British. Chace Crawford/Nate is so forgettable ... pretty isn't everything? He seemed like he was brain-dead most of the time, like staring off at shit cause he's easily amused by shiny objects? :D I stopped watching it because they left HS and shows always get shitty when they transition them from HS to college - 90210 and many others! They did have top-notch music and yes, I appreciated the Kills being a large part of the soundtrack :)

Well, the actor who plays Nate was too pretty and stupid ... the guy who played Chuck was hot in an evil way :D He was such a bastard but it's like he enjoyed fucking with people so much it made me laugh. Not BF or 1-night stand material but I didn't realize that he is really British and has a sexy accent he always drops playing Chuck on GG. I really prefer when he has that accent :)

I watched 'Gossip Girl' the first two seasons ... great clothes, some hot actors and it always had a killer soundtrack! I stopped watching after that but Penn Badgely's lips, eyes and just that way he verbally spars with most of the girls he's around? *Drool* He seems intelligent and that is sexier than anything he has going looks-wise :)

I'm really not a nerd and I don't work in a lab, you may find this hard to believe but I actually hated all lab work, I much preferred researching things on the computer at a desk but I do enjoy using my brain :-). By the way you can too be geeky with football, I spend so much time research facts and stats about the game, not all football fans know stuff like that, most of them are half-wits who just get drunk, very angry and want to fight about their fave team, you can't call those types geeky ;-). I hated the fact that both Man City and Chelsea won tehir respective trophies, I would have much rather seen Bayern and Man Utd win because those teams didn't spend billions of pounds to get their victories. I'm such a traditionalist and love to see teams building up a squad and developing youth players and winning for football reasons but that is sadly slowly dying out. No Ive seen castaway like 5 times! haha. I hope my ankle heals fully soon, I wanna start going out again, I miss it!

I did see 'Limitless' and it was great. Dug the Black Keys tune in it as well - seemed to fit perfectly with the circumstances. I used to have a big thing for Penn Badgely ... god, that smirk he has is just sexy as fuck!! :D

Well, I own up to 'Supernatural' being a total cheese-fest - I don't expect a lot from the CW but it's entertaining and it's eye-candy :D When I want a strong plot, I watch AMC. The only thing I'm nerdy with is football, knowing lots of pointless facts and stats about the game and thats not exactly a nerdy subject, haha oh well! Yeah I couldn't believe it when I saw Castaway is now about 12 years old...where did the time go? Such a great film though I remember on holiday with my mates once we were drunk in the sea and every time our ball got away from us we started yelling "come back Wilson!" haha I'm currently crutchless (have to make sure I spell that word right haha) now and so limping about but not able to walk freely just yet as its still painful :-). Norwich played brilliantly was a great match so gutted they didn't win! My team made the final today after beating wrexham and so I will hopefully be going to wembley in 2 weeks :-D. LOL at Jared Leto being so far up his own ass that he thinks his fans are some kind of super-human breed? The fact that he has a name for his disciples (I bet they break into his homes and wear his clothes, acting out scenes from his movies) is hilarious! I actually love skimming the gossip mags in line at the grocery store - guilty are charged! Celebrities just create new avenues and ways to fuck themselves up like Michael Jackson having so much plastic surgery, he turned into a white man without a nose towards the end?! WTF!! Brangelina seems crazy - I think they're both pretty hot and although they got together in unsavory circumstances, they seem to be a good match. They have a bunch of kids they raise together and REALLY raise as a family, not raise being they have 56 nannies and spend 1 hr a week with them. You always see them out and about with their kids and that is very real to me. I kinda hated Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt as a couple when they had their run ... she just annoys the shit outta me and I can't even explain why! I'd leave that chick, too, not even sure if I'd have made it a week without running? :D

Gwyneth and Madonna are so infatuated with themselves, it's ridiculous! They probably just stroke each other's ego all day eating sea weed off of golden platters and perfecting their fake Brit accents? Maybe that Bridget Jones chick can stop by and help them out? Embarrassing! It's like they think the World at large don't have brain circuits connecting?! Who are they trying to fool with their fake, pompous shenanigans? I heard awhile back how they closed down a huge gym in NYC so they could work out together ... people were pissed but hello, Madonna and Gwen need the whole perimeter of 24-hr-Fitness to snort their cocaine off of and call it Yoga! Stupid peasants we are! :P I am pretty firm in my belief that Matt Damon penned 'Good Will Hunting' entirely on his own ... Apparently, John Travolta, Beck, and Tom Cruise are all Scientologists ... I'm sure they are as immersed in what their religion actually means as Madonna was with her Kabbalah bracelets! "Ooh, these are really cute, I think I'll whore out Kabbalah to the press & maybe someday I'll find out what it's all about (not just the cool bracelets and shit?!)" :D I really love how Madonna at one point tried to be fucking British - c'mon bitch, we all know you hail from a trailer park in Detroit, Michigan, how on earth did you pick up this accent? Too funny! I don't know who Jeremy Renner is?? I really thought they were done with the Bourne movies! I liked the ones Matt Damon did and that sounds retarded to continue on and lose the main part of why people went to see the films? I really think Matt Damon is a great actor and nobody can be Bourne but him! I'm kind of upset to hear some guy is taking over! Well I went to Nottingham Trent Uni, studying is OK although I think our education system is somewhat behind a lot of other nations as there are far too many subjects which don't provide any of its learners with any decent employability skills. You seem quite advanced in your learning, you may feel ahead of most people in your class? I can't comment fully on what its like for a foreign student here not being one myself but I found most of them to be very determined and hard working because why come to another country not to try hard and get your degree right? Looks like you will have to start liking The Beatles, just listen to their later stuff because I agree that their earlier stuff was far too poppy but they soon grew out of that! Reccommending you a good Kinks album is tricky because all of their best songs are all spread out across 5 or 6 albums but I guess Try the one simply named "Kinks" for a more garage rock sound and then try "Something Else By The Kinks" or "Village Green Preservation Society" for their two most well-known and successful albums? IDK, I really liked the movie because everyone is fucked up in their own way and it's hard to find a person who can love you and accept you for all your flaws as well as your good traits. Jim Carrey's character was closed off with most people and he actually shared himself with Clem. You see them confiding each other's secrets and her talking about how she always felt ugly - those aren't things you relay to anyone, you have to really trust them to be so open. That's what I got from the film anyway :D

I guess you can say that a song reminds a person of a movie they like, but I don't see how that's bad thing? LOL are you saying that you've never discovered a band or a song you enjoyed from a movie? Somehow it isn't legitimate enjoying the music because you connect the movie to it? :P I don't understand the Twilight obsession but if it turns someone onto to Muse, that's not so bad. It does kinda irritate me when someone won't listen to any other songs from the band except the one in their favorite movie - I can see your reasoning there. I don't think Clem was a bad person ... she's had a lot of fucked up experiences that have molded her into what she is. Jim Carrey wasn't necessarily living the great life before they met? When they show flashbacks of their relationship, you see many good times and they seemed to love one another. Uh, the end of the movie was the beginning but they do realize they've met before because Clem plays the tape about having the procedure.

I don't really think men are great actors ... if you're around enough, you become more comfortable with them. It probably also has to do with experience and being able to read people more effectively as you get older. It's funny, the douche-bag guys always pursued me like I was cursed or something! I went after my BF because he was too shy to open up. I don't put myself out there too often and my instincts told me I should in that situation and it worked out for the best. I didn't compare him to Keanu because of looks more because of his acting style, especially if you compare his performance in speed, a role that could have been played by either him or bale, they have very similar styles. How can you not like The Beatles, they have enarly influenced every major genre that exists out there today so everyone loves a part of them ;-) myself I prefer their later stuff because their earlier work was far to "poppy" for my liking but once they started to get really creative and start exploring different styles and they were amazing! So I guess I will have to hate you a little bit now :-P hehe. I have no idea what your favourite album is you mentioned....sorry? :-/ but you gotta love The Kinks, they were one of the original founders of garage rock...my fave genre of all! :-D

Sometimes they get good music for the soundtracks and I don't think I consider that 'selling out' because most bands want recognition for their work and if it has to be by a film, then so be it! I don't get upset if bands I like get big cause to me, it only means that more people are appreciating them and actually enjoying GOOD music! :D The two main people in "Twilight" look like sloppy-ass stoners ... I keep hearing they're fucking and all this other shit and I can safely say I am not 13 or a fan of the "Twilight" series :) 'Old School' is a great movie, I'm a sucker for Will Ferrell comedies and that was a good 1. You forgot to mention that Snoop makes a guest appearance :) "Eternal Sunshine" just hurt my heart to watch ... you can tell they love 1 another and it just destroys Jim Carrey's character to think that Kate Winslet can just be over the whole thing in a second. The ending was the best because they accepted that they're both flawed and that's okay :D Who isn't??

Why, I don't know, because if you can't be straight with others, you're kind of a shitty person anyway, right? :P I'm grateful that I found a good man but I dated a bunch of guys like Ben before I found my current BF. Courtney seems manipulative and addicted, so it's not really hard to picture her plotting to kill Kurt. She seems crazy as fuck and although I don't think we'll ever find out the real story behind his death, if you look at her life since he died, it's been a massive train-wreck. I kinda think that answers the question for me ... if she had in hand in his death, her life led after he died is punishment? Most people weren't receptive to it cause they thought it was slow-moving and there wasn't much interaction between the victims and killers until the end and it was just as if they were dead inside? It killed me to think that this couple was busy fighting each other most of the movie and then they're put in this insane situation and have to band together ... it was a good one!
