Duuuuude.. What the fuck? I'd love a funky new mug! That just means I'll have to send another Aussie one your way too, I'm sure you won't mind. So obviously I'm obsessing over Ghost's new album right now, kinda thinking I should run away and just beg to be a groupie or something. Year Zero is so my jam! I'ma go listen and sip tea in the warm winter sun, don't you melt over there mmk? :p Oh, and hey, Bombers are like third on the ladder, just in case you were wondering ;) Much love spunks xxxx

Can you help me figure out where I can get it, or send the files if you have it? I suppose I could just buy a cd, which I haven't done in years.. lol I love watching Wacken live shows.. and I want you to check out Abruptum and let me know what you think of that.. Be honest.. it's brutal shit.. I couldn't find your mug but I promise I'll grab you a lil something from the concert next month.. Sorry ;( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLPvfmbVdJg

I've been meaning to read a Stephen King book for ages, but I'm scared to death to read them. I don't mind watching scary movies, but reading them is unsettling to me. I would create the image in my mind and most of the time the one I come up with is worse than the actual scene, ahahaha! Yes, I'm looking forward for this trip. No worries, gambling is out of the question. There's so much to see, heck, just walking the Strip is entertainment enough for me :P And bring on the heat, 'cos I'm ready!

Wow, it's been a while since I read a book in just one sitting. Once I had time to read it, I did not put it down. Not to eat, not to talk, not to sleep, haha. It's quite short but it has everything I could possibly hope for in a story! One of my favourite quotes, "Adults follow paths. Children explore.", reminded me of things of which I desperately needed reminding. I don't think Neil Gaiman will ever produce a piece of lacklustre literature. Everything he writes is gold.

Those mugs are cute! I want one, to go with my other awesome mug, please *puppy eyes* ;) And of course, I'd be all super awesome and grab you one or four if they make them over here too. I'm toasty and warm, and currently sipping lavender tea, because you're lovely. Be awesome :)

Yum, a new Gaiman book to chew on! Thanks for the tip! I will definitely check that book out. The Graveyard Book was absolutely delightful! Seriously, there needs to be more stories about dead people being adorable! :)

Such enthusiasm! Thank you :p x How are you? How's things? I could possibly be back here a little more often, I'm sure you're drooling at the thought! It's cold down here, so nice and refreshing. Warming up over there? Must be if you're gardening ;) I knew the time would cone when my tea and kangaroo would be gone, but still :( Anyway, thanks for sticking around you awesome dude :)

That happens to me too. I've owned 1984 for such a long time now and I really want to read it. I love dystopian, so this is just part of the essential classics! So far I've read 20 books (more or less) this year - some of it because I gave in to peer pressure, haha! Bless peer pressure if it always results to pure reading goodness. Thank you very much! :D

Which book? Are you talking about The Neil Gaiman books or The Child Thief? Yes, I already finished the latter. It was entertaining from beginning to end, it even felt like reading a movie. The ending though. Oh, the ending. How could you, Brom??! I sobbed especially that last bit, "He glanced up at the stars and a wicked smile lit his face...And the stars winked back, for Peter's smile is a most contagious thing." *sniff* So heartbreaking. Moving on... I read Stardust and I loved it! How can you not like a book by Neil Gaiman? I don't know. The story was really cute and the characters are loveable even some of the antagonists. I really like his writing. I admit that I struggled in the beginning but after reading a few chapters there's no stopping, I got hooked. They're childlike stories but darker (like fairytale for adults :P) I still have to wrap-up two books I'm currently reading, then I'll start The Graveyard Book, it just shot way up on my to-be-read.

Indeed, I feel so elated talking about books! Unfortunately, where I live, it is impossible for me to let all these FEELS out with anyone - either we don't share the same passion for books or we just read different books, which I can also say the same thing with music. It sounds pathetic, but sometimes I would talk to myself and stare into space, pondering, haha! AHHH, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! I am very excited to devour these Neil Gaiman books :D

Neil Gaiman is an amazing writer. I've only read Coraline...which is quite a spooky book, but great. Ha, the thought makes me want to re-read it again. :D I'm new to graphic novels. The Scott Pilgrim series was the first of this type of genre that I have, it was such a fun and quick read. I will say that it was a great introduction to the genre for me, and I'm definitely looking forward to read more!

Nice, I can't wait to read Krampus before the Yule season. The book gods have been kind to me lately so as a way of giving back, I thought I'd share this amazing site where you can buy books with great deals (it's free shipping too). Here you can find Plucker and Devil's Rose. I'm very picky with book covers, and mostly the ones that I wanted aren't sold at the bookstores anymore so I get some of my books here. Brom's are divine...I love his book art covers!

I finally bought The Child Thief and let me just say OMG BROMMMMM!!! I'm about half-way through the book and it is a reaaaally great read so far! First of all, I looooove the book cover! Gorgeous *_* Some of the best book covers ever are drawn covers. Did he really illustrate those and the ones inside? Can he get anymore awesome?! Second, I love his writing style. I cannot express how much I love, love, love it so much, it is so indulging. Growing up, I knew Peter Pan was playful, mischievous, and silly, but dang I never thought he could be badass (this whole book is seriously badass, btw) He's truly great. And I love his humour too. I cannot wait to get my hands on some of his work, omg, I don't even care if it's uber thick, I wanna read it, no, I NEED it in my life! :D Well done to you, sir!!! I cannot thank you enough for this. Definitely an amazing read! :)

Oh wow, yes, Bronn! Does Britain only have 10 actors? I mean really, really....not that I'm complaining. Ahahaha, I love being stunned when an actor I recognize appears on the screen, it's like playing "Guess where I've seen them from?" :D I'm noticing a pattern in your recommendations. This is good, I love me some murder mystery since Hercule Poirot. I shall definitely add these up to my list!

I don't think I've heard of these books before but it sound like it's my cup of tea. It reminds me of Grimm's fairy tales - dark and twisted. Sherlock is amazing (The Reichenbach Fall gave my feels feels)! Also, it's got brilliant acting and stunning cinematography which I love love love - it's a really quality piece of work. Thank you for the recommendations and I'll have to check out The Ripper Street, I've really been needing some new shows to watch! :D

John Green is amazing! The characters in this book are definitely the best he has written so far. It's kind of a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of other books. They're very much teenagers but at the same time there's kind of maturity to them. :D Anyway, you seem to have an amazing taste in books and TV shows (Luther is one quality show), and I'd love to read your recommendations. Cheers and DFTBA!

Yup, you sure do. I'm always front and center, have to be otherwise I can't see :) Yey for snow, it looks so pretty. I hope you've built a few snowmen out there already. Have you have a cool start to the week? It's been mild over here, and tomorrow is going to be up at almost 40 degrees again, so obviously I'm super excited about that! Not much else is going on really. Was told I have a "frightening" face today though. Devil's work apparently. What awesome plans do you have for the coming weekend? Meeting halfway again? :) I'm working Australia Day, then gonna grab a yum lunch and a few drinks. Looking forward to a lazy Sunday too! And, we're super?

Here are some photos from the show. Snowy Shaw was their drummer for the night, and the two support acts Eyefear and Black Majesty came together for one last song before Sabaton showed up, they belted out 'The Book of Heavy Metal', which was sick. Eyefear were cool, ended up talking to the lead singer after the gig and was playing with his hair and grabbed a hug. Black Majesty were on fire, soo good, and one of the lead guitarists helped us navigate the way out of the car park after the gig too! Glad to hear you had such an awesome weekend too. Happy everything is going all peachy and you're super smiley and stuff :) Week is pretty bland, and I have a throat infection. Also had a fire near my house yesterday :| Hope you're having a good one, I'm shutting up now!

I squealed for one, so man I wasn't going home without it :p It was seriously the best show ever. They were just so excited to be there, and we really showed our appreciation. They had goosebumps as we sang 'Cliffs of Gallipoli' with them, and I'm pretty sure they all teared up at the end of the night as well. Joakim did a little crowed surfing and his butt was basically in my hand, nothing suss ;) I was totally front and centre too, so you can see my mates and I in the actual gig photos, all screaming for Sabaton :) But anyway.... How was your weekend? What awesome stuff did you get up to?

Greetings stranger! Nice charts yourself. : ) In regards to the Hobbit, I was very entertained but at times distracted by all of the little details that I found myself nit-picking as well as being perturbed by several colossal differences that were very hard to ignore. Aside from that, I think everyone was well cast, costume design was splendid, and I am excited for the next movie.

I touched Joakim's butt, scored a handshake from him, each member of the band gave me the horns and a massive 'FUCK YEAH' during the show, and I grabbed this mother fucker!! BEST GIG EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to the show tomorrow night. They're in Australia to support Nightwish, but tomorrow night is their only headline show in the whole country, so it's going to be such an awesome gig! The bassist from Sabaton did just request my friendship via Facebook though, so I'm totally in now. BFF's for life and all that. Probably check out The Art of War, Primo Victoria, and Carolus Rex. They're my favourites :) I don't want to hear anymore book talk until you can tell me what happens in the first chapter, thanks ;) Well, um, glad your weekend is going to be awesome! Hope you stay busy :p

Ja, I'm just a little too excited about Sabaton. I'm going to spend the day listening to all their stuff, and then probably watch their live DVD I have because I'm just in love! The weather here is all over the place, tomorrow is rain and 18, then in a few days it's humid and 39. Bums for ya, no real winter. I'd be ripped off it that was me :p You're going to find the Kindle version of the book? I can almost feel my heart breaking right now. What are you getting up to over the weekend then? Going out to grab a Lego game and drinking tea, right? Yeah? Thought so :p One more sleep then I get to squeal at the top of my lungs for those sexy Swedish bastards. Cannot wait!!

Thought as much ;) It's our great Australian summer. Melting chocolate and ruining treats. There's so many bushfires all over the country at the moment. Kinda scary really.. We either have floods or fires during summer, yey Australia. Lego LOTR is pretty bloody awesome, I dig the Lego games so much, and it's just brilliant :) The tea was amazing, I have a rose tea too, which I love, so I was super excited to see some lavender! I'm pretty super duper excited about the gig, I'm so smiley! How is your winter treating you over there? And like, start my book already... Also, Stop smoking!!!!

Don't tell me it's peer pressure, otherwise.. *shakes fist* And reading again, but not the book I'm interested in. For shame! Weekend was cool, last few days of freedom before being back at work today. Games, basically just Lego LOTR for me at the moment, I love it. Yup, you're spot on there with the mug/glass/tumbler thingy.. Definitely a coffee and tea mug. Had my first lavender tea in it actually - yum :) Thanks again for everything :) How's your week looking anyways? Fill me in on your plans! Oh oh oh, Sabaton next weekend!!! \m/

Mine were both relatively quiet, which is what I enjoy, so yey for that! Thanks again for the super cute package. Love every little thing in it, bits and pieces are scattered around the place. Pin board, bookcase, tv stand thingy.. :) Everything was fine too, nothing was broken. What are you plans now that you're back then? How will this weekend be for you? :p
