Ay up, Standard huh? Very nice man, very nice indeed! I'm on the second track on the album now, I's well impressed actually, I shall link you up on my FB page and let a few of my pals know about it, your flow is ace and the lyrics are visceral and poetic. Perhaps you'd be kind enough to return the favour and examine www.myspace.com/greatimitation what's my hip-hop/acoustic/electro popular beat combo, cheers yeah?

Hmmm as a music enthusiast, I've found myself interested in underground hip-hop, but have a difficult time finding a suitable starting point. Care to point one out for me?

I have seen a couple of those festivals being advertised and have been tempted before, but you are right they do cost a total bomb! I had hoped to make it to Sonisphere this year, as I have given up on Download for the near future as the festival has gone far too mellow. Starting to look into festivals overseas for the future... like maybe Wacken? Yeah, there seem to be loads of reports of people being robbed at Bloodstock this year, which was unfortunately bound to happen as the festival got bigger, but the organisers don't seem to have dealt with it very well :(

Lol, fair enough! I was supposed to go to Bloodstock as well, but have exams next week, so didn't go and even had to sell my ticket. So depressing... Although, sounds like it was best I didn't go this year, most people got robbed blind!! Really sad because I have been to Bloodstock like 4 years in a row and none of my frinds or myself have ever had any problems.

I totally agree with your assessment of BY THE THROAT... I'm in a little hip hop duo myself and as soon as my DJ heard the album he said "we might as well stop making music now, the best shit is already here", haha. He was discouraged for days. But yeah just started an E&A group, the only one on here I think. Thought you might be interested. Cheers anyhow. http://www.last.fm/group/EYEDEA%2B%2526%2BABILITIES

yeah, i know. i don't know why but similar artists don't hypnotize me the way slug does. i really do not like aesop rock, immortal technique is okay, sage francis is okay sometimes but none can make my heart beat like slug and ant can. :(

Yes, I am going to ATP! I wouldn't miss it for the world, are you? I think I might have listened to Sage Francis before, but I'll give it a try again. I do love Yann Tiersen very much.

I think basically the same. I love a few tracks, but then a few shit dicks in between. Not as good as A Healthy Distrust, but up there still.
