Biografía

Sonia Arenas, along with her sister Noelia, began their singing career with their group Noson2. Born in Granada, Andalusia, Spain, Sonia studied Law at Granada Law University. She has worked as a model, singer, and TV host.

Sonia started her modeling career between 1996 and 1998, where she was a finalist and runner-up in several beauty contests, including “Miss Granada,” “Miss Turismo Internacional,” and “Miss Reina de la Belleza España.” She gained national recognition by participating in popular Telecinco shows such as “Big Brother” and “Survivor,” both under the Mediaset network.

Throughout her career, Sonia has been part of some of Spain’s most famous television programs, such as “Las Galas de Gran Hermano,” “Debates de Gran Hermano,” “Crónicas Marcianas,” “A Tu Lado,” “Enemigos Íntimos,” “Salsa Rosa,” “TNT,” “Adopta a un Famoso,” “Día a Día,” “Sálvame,” “Sálvame Deluxe,” and “Debate de Supervivientes.” She also hosted her own talk show, “Un Día Con…,” and the magazine-style talk show “Perdona TV.”

As an actress, she performed in “Actores Frente a la Cámara,” directed by Joan Serra.

Noson2, the musical band formed by Sonia and Noelia, released two albums: Peligrosa in 2006 and Versoniando in 2008. Noson2 participated as candidates in “Misión Eurovisión” on Radio Televisión Española, aiming to represent Spain in the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest in Helsinki with the song “Aún Creo en Ti.” They were also candidates in the 2009 Eurovision Contest with the song “Soy.”
