Our classic rock taste is very similar! ELO is a recent thing for me. I've been gradually getting the albums. So far I've got: Out of the Blue, Time, and New World Record all on vinyl. I also have Eldorado plus some singles on my computer. Out of the Blue is my favorite so far, followed by Eldorado, Time, and then New World Record. I really like Time with all of the crazy sounds and time travel! Out of the blue doesn't really have a concept but is simply packed with some of the strongest songs. I hope to get Face the Music soon...

Oh yeah, especially if you look at what The Beatles have, then they're underrated to no end. Have only been listening to them for about two years either. Actually any of them only recently. But the Kinks the shortest.[:

For me it’s just that I only like the early stuff The Stones did. And I’ve only been a Kinks fan since around may-june this year, and they just really got me (not trying to be witty ;]). I think you could say that I’m a bit biased towards the Kinks aswel. Also because they’re quite underrated.
