Yeeeesss! I mean, I get the Mana/GACKT/Klaha adoration, even Közi got pretty popular once he went solo, but I always kind of resented that Yu~ki and Kami never got the recognition they deserved. Yu~ki's bass solo, Chikasui Myaku no Meiro, in the Bara ni Irodorareta Akui to Higeki no Makuake live is legitimately one of the most beautiful performances I've seen, and from someone with stage fright no less! And don't even get me started on that duet with Kami and GACKT, Hamon / Kyousoukyoku from merveilles l'espace. I think I legitimately cried the first time I heard it, lmao. They're all extraordinarily talented musicians, but there's no doubt that some stole the spotlight, while others sort of got pushed to the side and weren't cared about as much. It was kind of tragic. OK I'M DONE SORRY FOR RANTING AAAHH.

Bruh, you can rant all you want, 'cause it's so. Freaking. True! Popularity means naught to me. I remember the band as a whole unit, not "Gackt's band" or "Mana's band". They are less like a group of solo artists together to me, and more like a grand vessel from which music sprung forth. I don't even have a favorite era; all three are treasured in my heart. It's too bad the only thing Yu~ki does these days is design jewelry for Moi-Mêmê Moitié, I'd be thrilled for his own solo project or band. Hell, even Tetsu has Zigzo and nil (might just be me, but lots of fans kinda push him to the side and forget about him). Well, fate plays its hand in unexpected ways.
