Classifications are a double-edged sword. They're a useful guide (especially for starting out), but they can get too constrictive.

Of course you'd like The Clash (and I encourage further listening). They did a LOT of different types of stuff. '90s pop-punk refers to things like Green Day. That should be obvious. Duh. If you like Siouxsie & The Banshees, you may also like things like Gang of Four, Joy Division, The Cure, etc. I'm of the suspicion that some post-punk would be up your alley.

Flogging Molly is a different breed, but Siouxsee & The Banshees are supremely punk rock. Punk's a big world, dude. It's much more than the '90s pop-punk you were exposed to.
