Hey, so for the best of list, I was thinking about a redux of my previous '08 format of 'daytime" and 'nighttime' songs; I've got a whole ton of drone/ambient/noise on my best of this year, and I'm not sure how it'll gel with the rest. Unless you're not interested the nighttime one, and I'll just keep it strictly diurnal... Anyhow, let me know if you've got preferences.

Howdy partner. I had a great idea for the 'one hit wonder' theme where we select artists from each other's library that have only had one play and that we feel deserve to be heard more. That is, I thought it was great until I realised that i'd be perusing 60 pages of your once-played wonders whereas you'd have to slog through 277 pages of mine! Any ideas?

a couple free options for working with audio to split stuff: it may look like overkill from the screenshots, but [url=http://www.reaper.fm/]Reaper[/url] should be able to split anything. also, there's the old stand-by: [url=http://audacity.sourceforge.net/]Audacity[/url]. Just keep in mind that splitting and re-encoding MP3s will impart some generational loss.

pick a number from 0 to 15 and an element from the periodic table, let me know which track you want, & I'll see what I can cook up...

if noone hasn't replied yet, I could split the track that includes 3 songs in 3 parts :)

All my mixes are one track, which is why I put 'em on drop.io - so you can listen online & skip around if you want. I spend time into song transitions & the only way to make sure it's heard the way I mixed it is to one-track it. Sorry if that's not your cup of tea.
