i hear that! im at work right now but the critical care unit isnt busy so im on the comp, and trust me, your more informed than most americans so dont sweat it ;) AND since you asked i think theres a few bands i would actually want to do full tours with but a whole bunch id be content to just play a show with. Im friends with everybody in the band shitstorm and the amount of respect and friendship between me rick,dub,eric and jon makes them my instant top choice.legitimately,i would probably just end the band after touring with them because i feel there would be nothing that could surpass that collective experience for me. id also love to tour with hatred surge,theres a certain darkness that streams through their sound that i find unique and irreplicable. listen to deconstruct by hatred surge and you'll hear what i mean,and lastly weekend nachos. but ill probably wind up touring with the bands ive made friends with over the years and work my way up down and then across the country,

its not fair! once my grind band gets up and rolling were shooting to get on either willowtip or robotic empire records after self releasing 2 7"s and im so trying to do an australia tour, i feel like itll remind me a lot of where i grew up in brazil if all you do is get high and drunk and shout at things,which is what i do in DC! so hopefully bringing some hometown attitude to a different country will play out in my favor and go over well,im tryna box a kangaroo, trap a possum and put it in a van and send my drummer to go get something out to get jumped by a possum, and blather about how much i love warsore and agents of abhorrence,and then play a show with agents of abhorrence because theyre one of the few bands on my bucket list of groups to play with before ending the band :). and to answer your question yes i havent been to mt st helens,its in washington state(not DC which is kind of confusing theres 2 washingtons) hows life and everything

:D awesome. So was it the craziest hour or so of your life or what? I heard they were playing 'Jane Doe' as the encore, did you get that? I'll never forget the first time I saw Converge, it was carnage of the highest order. They announced UK dates last week, I'll be seeing them in July, with support from Kylesa and Gaza, can't fucking wait for that.

Converge put on one of the best shows I've ever seen. For their last song Jacob Bannon was just running around and yelled "Concubine" and the whole crowd just went insane. It was incredible. You will definitely enjoy them, Genghis Tron should also be incredible, I saw them once and they had an awesome light show to go with everything.

Glad your digging Throats, they're seriously one of the best bands of their ilk to appear in the UK for a while. I'm catching them with Trash Talk & Rolo Tomassi soon, should be fun. You'll have a major blast, have you seen Converge before? They're announcing European/UK dates this week apparently, can't wait for that.

Yeah I probably do need more Coalesce, speaking of which I'm hopefully seeing them with Harvey Milk or Converge. I just saw Converge last October with Mastodon, Dethklok and High on Fire, that was a dream come true.
