Hi and thanks for accepting my request :D Have a nice day and many greetings from Germany :)

Hey, I see you like Fall Out Boy and Panic! at the Disco. I think you'd enjoy [artist]Church & Chambers[/artist]. You can check them out at http://churchchambers.bandcamp.com

omg where have you been hiding yourself? HI!!!! lol yes, i am loving the single! can't wait for the album to come out then TOUR! :)

Katy Perry =/= Britney Spears Katy Pery <<<<<< Britney Spears

I don't like that Britney is nowhere to be seen on your stats. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?! :D

I saw the Deftones at a Taste of Chaos date in Seattle a few years back. I really enjoyed them. I'm a big Deftones fan. Their newest album (Diamond Eyes) is really good - I love the songs Sextape and Rocket Skates from that one. Check 'em out on YouTube if you're unfamiliar. I guess the Deftones show has Circa Survive on it too. How cool is that? If you're unfamiliar, check out Circa's song "The Glorious Nosebleed." Anthony Green (the lead singer of Circa Survive) put out a really good solo album too called Avalon. You might consider checking that out too. Here is the lead single off of that album: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GsvqtTp2Bx8 Anyway, I hope Art can put you to work. :-P Let me know how it goes with that. :)

Ah, I think Pollstar is ok for finding out about shows and tours and such. If you wanna get started booking for shows and working on that side of the business, you need to talk to Art Silva. linkage: http://www.facebook.com/metalmadman2002 He does a lot of work for booking stuff in Fresno. He booked that Adema show (with the reunited members) that just went down last week. I've talked to him for quite a few years. Hit him up. He started in that line of work completely out of passion for the business and music. He plays guitar in a band (Leather Serpent...hehe heh) and is trying to keep things goin' in Fresno. You might not walk into a paid position, but if you can do some volunteering and help him out, he might be able to find a place for you. -E

Yeah, Fresno sucks. Ha ha. I'm from Reno actually. I got into the Fresno scene because I was into Adema back in 2003 or so and Camera was touring with them and working with them - in fact, Camera's Arista Records funded demo was produced by Mark Chavez (lead singer of Adema) in John Davis' home studio. Anyway, Adema played a show in Reno and I saw Camera open for them and they were really awesome. The first band on the bill really sucked ass and then Camera got on stage and people (including me) responded really well. I checked them out online and started doing street team work for them and I actually became good friends with them. I did some minor work in the music business after that which put me in contact with a bunch of other Fresno musicians. You should also check out Sahab's other project (which involves an emcee): http://www.myspace.com/silenceinterrupted I'd recommend checking out "Machines I Paint" About the only thing going for Fresno is its music scene :)

Nice! Did you ever get to see Camera at all? They were another local Fresno band. I was a pretty big fan of those guys. Here is a link to some songs: http://www.isound.com/camera Their album (...For The Moment) is on iTunes as well. Another good Fresno musician: http://www.myspace.com/sahab So your profile says you're in Iceland? Is that for real or what? That's pretty cool if it is for real. -E

Interesting that you managed to find Mynis, a small nearly unknown band from Fresno, California. Their lead singer (Thomas Valhavas) is pretty nice and sort of sounds like a rock version of Tim McGraw in my opinion. :-P I think "Maybe Solar" is my fav Mynis song. :) I also dig Bye Tomorrow too.
