Behavior is a social fact. Nobody's born good or bad, we become such. And nobody's born an assassin, they become such. And it's all conditioned by society. There is no such thing as a "criminal gene". To claim that there is one is in fact racism, or even nazism.

They will be more prone to listen because they know they cant return to a life they once had. How many times have you been told something and then thought okay, and then done it again just because you could? slapping someone on the wrist and telling them they are a naughty boy is not the same as taking his wrist away so he cant do the crime again. Sure you can talk to him about why he shouldnt for a few weeks, but chances are he will want to do it again. Now take my idea, take his wrist or hand away (this would be in a weird reality where of course, wrists were detachable) for a few weeks so he misses the ability to do anything with his arm, and then give it back, but before you do, run him through what he shouldn't do. He wants his wrist or life back, and so he's more likely to understand what's wrong

The root of crime is humans and humans rights to have free will. Its genetic that everyone wants to do something that is against the rules that have been set. Rehabilitating people who are geneticly prone to do bad things is a futile. Now im sure your not living in some cave and have heard, and understand that behaviour can be passed down geneticly, much like other animals know how to act like previous generations without actually any education. As regards to this, termination is unacceptable, but segregation is practical. Now this with cultural differences will usually lead some people to the life of crime, and its their fault that they made bad decisions. Now don't get me wrong, i'm all for rehabilitating people, but after the punishment has been met. 'People who want family's and an actual life will think twice before committing a crime because of the way prisons take you away from your life. Rehabilitating criminals after they come out is a much better option and ill explain

I'm not stupid, and i do know there is corruption in the goverment and police force, and i do know innocent people sometimes get put in jail without a valid reason, but that doesn't make up for the other 98% of the criminals who have actually done something that should take away their human rights. Communisum would work if you guys weren't stupid and allowed people who kill others, rape others to walk the streets just with a slapped wrist. I understand the situation you live in. I do not support neither totally free market, nor an economy governed by the state alone. The transition in Bulgaria never really happened, since the bulgarian socialist party is still the major political power. Actually, almost all of the political leaders are connected to ex-communist party members. And I am not saying this, because I have a thing for communists, but because things in Bulgaria aren't going very well at the moment. I am aware of what communism STANDS for in theory, but I just haven't seen a single good real-life example of a well ran communist state with the possible exception of Cuba. You get my point. Right?

The fact that I am able to see what kind of shit communism has done in Bulgaria (where I live), doesn't mean I support capitalism or nazism. You should try and understand that state governed expenses have ruined the economy in Bulgaria and the other members of the socialist Block. Well, it actually cost them dearly to keep simulating a well-running economy, because all of the monetary deficiencies were met by the Soviet Union. If you are going to call me a fool once more, please don't even bother to reply at all.

You should have seen what communism did in eastern Europe. :)
