'Phantasmagorie in two' is a great song indeed. Did not listen that much to Tim Buckley until now. Maybe I should change that. Great also that you already know Tom Waits (and that you like him); he's an amazing artist. Regarding Bonnie Prince Billy, I would recommend the 'I See a Darkness' album (if you find access to it). Johnny Cash once covered his song 'I see a darkness' and both versions are phenomenal in my opinion.
