Yes I saw Haley posting in your shout box and then realized that she was booing my Michigan“ness” in my shout box . Speaking of Joanna last night I stumbled across a website where someone recorded one of her performances, mainly songs off of the milk-eyed mender and I couldn’t take my eyes off the screen.

I can not even begin to imagine how amazing it would be to see her play a set AND to see her play some songs off of YS. In other words: yes mad mad jealousy, but I got to see the Decembrists a couple of days ago..which was honestly one of the better live shows I have been to..so maybe are you jealous of me? Answer: probably not.

so how was the show? oh, and I just realized that you are at Loyola. one of my really good friends just started there. I was going to go to the Gin Blossoms/Josh Kelley/Shawn Mullins show with her in Chicago but sadly did not make it. Oh, and I think it's mainly Ben's voice that really bugs me.
