Hello bcwilliamson! I saw that you have a pretty good taste in music and thought that you'd maybe like our music as well. We are three girls from the forests of Sweden and we are going to record our very first album in Woodstock this summer! We would love if you checked out this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmTj6CzmAp4 ! Let us know what you think (it's much appreciated) by commenting the video, and also check out our cover of 'Kathy's Song' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44kjqZUC5PU that we got the chance to play live for Paul Simon! Love, VIDAR

Hello!

Hi ;-)

Hello! Thanks for accepting my friend request! :)

Fantastic taste and library! :D

Hey nice one. Good to see there is some good "wit" still in this world. Wish I had thought of it first. Great taste. Hope you have a good week :-)

bc! how's it going? when's the new album out?

I remember seeing you in nashville around '58...keep up the good work

genius!

live on bc! I basically grew up on your music!

Hi- Matt here, one of the guys behind B.C. Williamson. Just thought you'd would like to know that B.C.'s first single has been "re-released" on iTunes, and is live to buy now! Here's the link:http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?i=327847146&id=327846791&s=143444&uo=6 Thanks

Hey, man. Nice taste

bc williamson's first ep has now been lovingly remastered and re-released on itunes. own these legendary tracks today! the album on download is coming soonish, but it's finished and ready to buy in a hard copy online. www.bcwilliamson.com go to the store bit.

B.C Williamson, very clever...

I shall. Long live BC. XD

bc williamson is like the afrocentric asian, half man half amazing! it ain't hard to tell! [2] Cult potential indeed. Do you actually record this guys music yourselves or something? I mean wouldn't you need the voice of a satanic, ragged southern-american black guy for that? Or do you just eat like seven crackers without drinking and then sing?

"though the mumbled introductory message before the song remained largely unheard" - GENIUS!

bc williamson is like the afrocentric asian, half man half amazing! it ain't hard to tell!

hi there in the united states great libaray.

Hey like the idea!

damn nice charts

I think that is for the best though. You know that music they play in supermarkets and in pop charts? Imagine if it was BC playing instead. Truly, a nightmare vision of hell.

bc williamson is pure genius unleashed on the masses who were never ready for, and will never be ready for him.

Some would argue the Punk album was done purely to cash in on a passing trend...

Pavement? Not very 'Blues' are they BC?

great songwriting and awesome listening taste - glad to see you're still kickin' it. peace

Hilarious!

Ahh, cool, let me know when the greatest hits album is released!

Hey BC, how you doin'?

When will you be releasing more tracks BC? Obviously I already have them all, but on the original vinyl.

Man that BC Williamson story is funny as fuck.Respect :)

Love BC williamson, I have all his records, also the 78 rpm :) Cheers from Italy!

long live b.c. williamson

thnks for accepting man.. nice taste.. also B.C. Williamson's story is funny.. take caree.. greeting from turkey..

i remember coming across this page a long time ago, unsure of whether it was real or not. This is a brilliant idea :) if the name ze_monsta means anything to you, please reply to me.

Hey BC, it is good to see someone your age is still able to use a computer, though I suppose you always were at the the forefront of prog blues. What advice can you give me for singing the blues?

Thanks! JJ is great stuff. McLaughlin is amazing, at about the 19' mark of "Right Off", he starts quoting Band of Gypsies I think :).

Hey BC, so if I like "In a Silent Way", "Bitches Brew", and "Live-Evil", I'd like "Jack Johnson"? I hope you're well.

Yeah, Kind of Blue was the first jazz record I really got into, so it occupies a special place in my head.

I've been totally obsessed with In a Silent Way lately, it's such good stuff. I realize (after seeing you listening) that I've got it tagged incorrectly, damn!

I see you too are playing a little Mingus today as well!

great idea, dude. put some more songs up!! i'll for sure tell my friends! take it easy

Didn't mean to be quite so terse, sorry, check out [album artist=john fahey]The Legend of Blind Joe Death[/album], good stuff. And speaking of good stuff, A Love Supreme! :)

Heh, John Fahey did this 50 years ago...

Thanks for the info, I was wondering why you wrote in both first and third persons, why I'd never heard of the guy before, and why his scrobbling habits suggested a *much* younger (white?) person. "Fake old bluesman" is an interesting concept in the modern age.
