the same thing happened to me with Air Waves / Kraftwerk. I contacted Iceland Air and they canceled my reservation and let me make a new one without a fee.

Well, the first flight is ideal, the second is ok (but you miss a few bands), the third gets you there but you miss almost everything, and with the fourth one you're pretty much stuck in Bristol. So, fingers crossed that the airport will be open. :^)
