Yeah dude, "Welcome Strawberry" comes to mind first. They released a new song "Memory Cube" that hits a perfect mix between distortion and rock. And "So Totally", they released an album last year that's great. A stand out song of theirs for me though is "Vision", it's great.

Memory cube has a nice beat like you said nice mix of shoegaze and rock. Have you heard anything by Vanishing Twin?

Dude your music recs just get better and better, seriously I appreciate it. Starflyer 59 is awesome, never did I think I could say I listen to "Christian Shoegaze" but Silver and Gold are standouts amongst the entirety of the genre. Also funnily enough I also own Loveless on CD.

Sure man. Well I have been obsessed to Wild Nothing for a couple months now. It is a solo act from Virginia. His early stuff is such an unforgettable vibe, that I just have to recommend him, his later stuff isn't as memorable, but moments shine through and can be still pretty great. Beach house is also a really great, just purely beautiful melodious band, the vibes are less upbeat, but even somber tones can be nice. These are both indie pop/dream pop bands. My final band is a bit different, its Queens of the Stone Age, a pretty popular Alt Rock band that makes music that is just so different from other Alt Rock. Total recommendation.
