Yeah, they're from Detroit like Kid Rock, but Juggalo culture is on a whole other level. I would be surprised if you encounter it anywhere outside the US.

Wait, I just realized you're from the UK. Is ICP a thing over there or is it strictly an American phenomenon?
Aktionen

Probably Kid Rock because he dresses better. Important question: where do you stand on ICP?

It would have been too much awesome for one song to hold. The audio would have exploded on impact.

Which Kid Rock album? If we're talking about Devil Without a Cause, I'm totally in.

Thanks. It's all just a front. I'm really just listening to Limp Bizkit and ICP all day. Cheers.

I haven't been on in ages but it was pretty good last couple of days. A guy asked if The Smiths had a Hard Days Night style film what it would be called and who would be in it which I thought was a genius question. Still loads of random pics of Moz gazing dreamily though. Boooring! I still can't believe Macca had an album called Kisses On The Bottom.. ugh! My friend said he was a dick when he met him but I didn't ask why, then last time I saw him I asked him but unfortunately got so off my face I don't remember the answer. I don't think I'll ask him again as I now quite like the mystery. Ah you're on a 60s tip then, good show! I've hardly had time to listen to anything n/m anything new, that will be one of my resolutions; more new music along with finally getting that new tattoo done and gaining some weight. Undernourished teen goth look no so good in yer 30s!

Well that's as good a way to listen to them as any. Was gonna say watch out as the last album The Process isn't very good but totally forgot they've had about 5 since then! Oh they were one of my grammar school goth obsessions, I particularly loved them as they were hard and abrasive but without all that awful sexist clichéd bs Jourgensen and his ilk promoted. I really like Rx which is Ogre and Martin Atkins, their cover of Floyd 's Scarecrow is lovely. The cover of Petulas Downton (yes, really!) not so much. Oh and am not a big Pigface fan but hus tracks with them are worth a listen, particularly Asphole which is one of my fave songs ever and just sounds like he's having great fun. God, I haven't spoke at length about something positive for ages. It must be a new year. Oh and Partridge quotes galore on that Smiths group!

Well anyone's bound to be better than Paul Rogers! And I saw Adam with some really class eye makeup on once so I've decided he's alright. Oh I love me some Puppy, been getting right back in to them. Been watching some amazing old live bootlegs of them too, there's a couple up on YouTube, I think. And it helps Nivek is fit. There I said it. I haven't heard much of their stuff post reforming, any good? The stuff I have heard was pretty generic 'industrial' sounding. I am not allowed to talk about the upcoming court case, which is just as well as I don't remember anything. Honest guv! That H******y git blamed me for everything so it's now over. The dream is gone! :(

Einstürzende Neubauten (or anything Blixa does) - Tabula Rasa or Silence is Sexy are the best albums. Ministry. Velvet Acid Christ. Swans. The Revolting Cocks. Pigface. Diary of Dreams. Apoptygma Berzerk... oh, there are so many!

Macca said he was sent the seeds by a fan and '5 of them came up illegal'. What a quote! Aww well good for Ringo then, saw a pic of him on the set of Withnail & I so fook it he's a good guy! I saw about the Macca tribute but didn't read anything about it. Apparently Dylan had no time for him, but loved Lennon so I'm surprised at him being on it. I see you've got Marianne's new one, how is it? I really love that lady, she's such a trooper just dusting herself off and getting on with it. The Rolling whats? I will pm you the incident in a wee while, got a 7 hr bus journey so need to keep myself occupied somehow!

Well thank you, I am fine though was just really disappointed with how he behaved towards me but he was out of it was willing to excuse it. It was what subsequently ended up happening that really made me despise him, but it didn't happen to me. If you want to know the story am happy to pm you just a bit iffy about writing it publicly. Ah well I've only seen Ringo a few times being interviewed, maybe I have just misunderstood his humour it something. The constant 'Peace' is pretty annoying though, his version of the double thumbs aloft! He did seem lovely on The Beatles Anthology though. I can't hate Macca though as he's an unapologetic stoner. He was up for growing it in the wee court house in the tiny town I grew up in and the wee police woman in some of the footage ended up being my school nurse. I'm sure the two are unrelated though.. Aww I think Leonard would be too sweet to ignore Macca even if he wanted to. And hurrah for puns though am too knackered to think of any just now!

Oh Macca can be great, that's what makes him so bloody frustrating! He had a helluva voice, even Lennon was jealous! Oh Darling still knocks me for 6 every time I hear it. Sorry I don't like Ringo either, mind hearing him on some interview talking about how influential his drumming style had been and it was excruciating. Still, Tomorrow Never Knows.. Perhaps he's right! I am pro Pete talent wise but unfortunately through personal experience know him to be a despicable cunt. Yes, I said it! Folk were saying nobody had legitimate reasons for disliking him except his drug use and I simply said I'd my own reasons for not liking him and he was a sleazeball. Some git then seemed to be trivialising it and I got a wee bit upset, but I should have known not to get involved anyway. I look forward to hearing wee Len's stuff, he rarely disappoints. My pal is a guy but is frequently legless so Macca will prob like him. Ooh I'm so edgy, like a more beardy Frankie Boyle.

I got pretty pissed off in the Doherty thread but I apologised and decided to leave it. I was really looking for a fight this morning but I didn't get one! Ugh one of my pals now reckons Sir Paul was the best Beatle. He had a flatmate who was McCartney obsessed who seems to have brainwashed him, it's upsetting to see. And Macca seems to be morphing in to Ken Dodd with that awful Basil Brush coloured hair. You were a Beatle mate, you don't have to try and look young as you've won at life! Ah now LC, that's how you grow old gracefully! Not got it yet but will be buying it next week. Have you heard it yet?

Aye I need to get on more but actually had really busy week for a change. A lot of stuff was deleted off the Scottish independence discussion but the Pete Doherty discussion got a bit heated last night and think it may still catch fire. Haha 2 other people liked that waistcoat comment! Maybe they're just really in to waistcoats.. Ah the Mary Chain, I only really love Psychocandy but will have to give their other stuff more of a listen. Their cover of Vegetable Man is fookin amazing! Oh and have you heard Primal Scream's cover of Darklands? Literally just been reminded of it there, haven't heard it in about 15 years but remember it as being really beautiful. Off to YouTube! Oh I think we'll leave the pedestrianisation talk for now as it makes me boak (good lowland Scots word there!). Haven't been able to eat a chocolate mousse since either :(

Oh I dunno, maybe I just grew out of PS, was gutted about Throb though. A truly lovely man and Loaded just wouldn't be the same without his 'DUN DE DUN' guitar bit. Yes, you know the bit! Well good for Miley then, she just creeps me the fook out and I don't know why. The association with Terry Richardson doesn't help mind. Aye it's a bit difficult to go through stuff on that group (especially on a half charged mobile!) but there's been some good discussions on there, hopefully it will pick up again soon. I've only managed to be on for about an hour last few days but will get stuck in tonight. Ooh titter ye not!

I've seen Miley making daft videos with Wayne Coyne, not sure when he started hanging around with attention seeking bampots- he's big on Amanda Palmer too! The kinda folk who would pull their trousers down in a posh restaurant and if asked politely to pull them back up again shout loudly about how they're like, ye know, being oppressed and stuff. Not my kind of people! Just online, not found your post yet but have only gone back so far. Woooo! Exciting! I've been too depressed since Friday but I will be back to post pithy, not half as funny as I think I am comments shortly. Used to be a big Primal Scream fan but didn't even bother with their last couple of albums. I really wish they'd stop trying to be 'rock', their electronic and guitary stuff is way better. Last album I loved of theirs was Evil Heat- Jim Reid yay!

Ooh exciting stuff, I'll get on tomorrow phone charger fooked at mo. Aye Brown is awful, he sounds okay on record though. Christ he's an arrogant bugger though! I didn't know about Miley but then I don't really pay attention to her. I'm certainly not Outraged Of Tunbridge Wells about it. Och it's always the same band of arseholes causing trouble here, thick Queen and Country loving, Catholic hating Orange Order Rangers fans. They sit nursing their pints and 300 year old hatreds and we're fed up with them. This is why we can't have nice things!

Took me 2 hours to get home last night, mounted police in Buchanan Street and loyalist twats burning the saltire. They also tried to burn the Herald building (the only paper to back independence) My disappointment has turned to sheer embarrassment for us right now :( Johnny wouldn't let Jools play with him as he insulted Johnny's voice saying he couldn't sing to which Johnny retorted 'That's nothing, I've heard you play pian-oooh' I was in to the Stone Roses at school and stuff but haven't really listened to them in about 10 years. They were good, but not THAT good. Oh just remembered I saw that tribute band few years ago, don't remember much about it though as was dragged there a bit drunk and I was really excited he could do the Ian Brown march-y dance properly.

More Fall fans appearing now, yay! There's been fraud in Glasgow and a false fire alarm set off TWICE in Dundee during the count. A few other dodgy things too. I was buzzing earlier but it's fading :( I've only ever blocked one person, some nutter who decided I was the one for him after I posted the 'Domingo from Little Ottle' quote on some Partridge page. He was seriously scary! I had one friend who posted Britain First and EDL shit but he un-friended me before I had the chance to block him. Was really annoying! I remember watching a doc about the Latino Moz fans years ago, Channel 4 I think it was on, really interesting. I prefer Moz musically too but I just love wee Johnny. He's such a cool guy and he's sooo tiny! I really like his debut, good unpretentious guitar pop and a great wee voice too. The mention of Calestorm for some reason conjured up images of him ice skating. It could be like Rick Wakemans King Arthur On Ice. Christ I need sleep!

We're losing at the moment, waaaah! You should join, there are only 3 Fall fans and I'm one of them! It's the 'Official Smiths & Moz FB Fanclub' and there are some characters on there. There's this dafty that was asking if any of the fans from Manchester had ever looked on the moors for wee Keith Bennett's body! That went down well,, Never dared mention Norwich City Centre though! I honestly haven't heard any anti-English stuff on our side but then I don't hang around with idiots, I dare say they're around though! Yeh I have no issue with people disagreeing as long as they're not being insulting. Lolz mean Scots, we pay for you etc. I've only heard one John Cale album and like you say it was ok but something missing. I will have to listen to him again soon though. Got the Moz album it was.. okay. Quite looking forward to wee Johnny's new one though. He's my fave Smith.

Haha! You know I was gonna have a wee dig when mentioning the Cale production but thought better of it. *snooty* I did stand asking the Prodge to come back on but they wouldn't. I was all dressed up in my best sports-casual too. The ruddy idiots! I hadn't heard about Aphex slagging old Kanye, another thing to look up. Did you see Kanye trying to get the fan in a wheelchair to stand up during a concert? Total cringe! Yes Cave is excellent, I much preferred his stuff when Blixa was in the band though but Push The Sky Away was beautiful. Still prefer the sleazy Birthday Party though. No you misheard, Haddaway said something else about a 'ring' but I will not repeat it as it's libellous. And of course I'm using him for his waistcoasts, a more extensive collection you will not find! Nessie voted 'Aye' according to The New Yorker, and they should know! Just come from a heated 'debate' about the referendum on a Morrissey group on FB. Everyone's gone a bit mad I think!

Now see, I'm not sure if I can recommend the new Prodigy stuff as allegedly I have a bit of a blindspot when it comes to them. It was them that got me in to 'altenative' (blech!) music and I've just always loved them. I even love Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned which everyone seems to hate. If you get the chance to see them live- GO! Seen them 5 or times and always amazing. Ah you can't really go wrong with Mr Cave, I think my favourite is probably The Firstborn Is Dead. For Tupelo alone it's worth the price. God that song is feckin' genius, the lyrics are just amazing and who can resist going Tupelooooo-OH! along with it. I know I can't. I really like Kicking Against The Pricks too, it's kinda stripped down but it works and I love the melancholic sing-along version of All Tomorrow's Parties. Which brings us nicely to Nico. She is brilliant and John Cale's production is just fabulous, the perfect soundtrack to the nights drawing in really :)

Oh I dunno, he's 'produced' (ha!) some great albums but they all happen to be by great bands/artists. It's like commending someone for taking a good photo of Debbie Harry. I just think he's really overrated, and a bit of a see you next Tuesday. I can't stand the dull sound when he records drums either, a rhythm sections nightmare. So a buffoon I am! I haven't heard the JC LC love in, it sounds quite sweet though so I will see if I can find it. Ha! I wish I was part of Marianne's team, bet she still throws a helluva party! Nothing I'm really excited about (apart from Aphex) but curious to hear Thurston's new one and I quite enjoyed Kindness' singles last year so that too. Oh just remembered Flying Lotus, really looking forward to that! And there were rumours of a new Prodigy album this year but I won't hold my breath. Damn you Howlett! *shakes fist*

'The man's mentally ill, I once saw him eat a plastic pie!' Oh no, don't get me started on Albini we will have to agree to disagree. I should mention that I count Come On Pilgrim as their first album 'cos I'm so hipster. Caribou, what a choon! It may just be the one song that ol' Nick's working with her on I'm not quite sure. Not a big Roger Waters fan but really interested to hear his work with her. Nick and wee Len would be great, the meeting of the depressive baritones. I know Nick's a big fan so he'd be definitely be up for it. Yes, I'm voting tomorrow and am looking forward to it all being over. The Orange Order have threatened to leave if we get independence, good fucking riddance. Had a run in with the skinhead twats SDL at Yes rally today, singing Rule Britannia and shouting sexual slursand hitting me in the face for having a Yes sticker. Big manly men eh? Roll on Friday! And nothing is better than the Spice Girls reunion, NOTHING!

That was a good wee story spoilt by the unbelievable nature of it, everyone knows cocker spaniels are huge fans of hardcore gabba. But bravo! Yep, looking forward to both Leonard and Marianne's new stuff. I think she's working with Nick Cave again on at least a couple of songs so that's good as their last collaborations were great . Oh I dunno there's just a certain kinda sick, twistedness on those early Pixies releases that I just love. That Old Testament, kill-y, incesty vibe- lovely stuff! It's when he started going on about aliens and outer space it started to go downhill. And supporting U2 *shudder*

I agree that the consistency and quality of Breeders stuff far outweighs Pixies, but those first 3 Pixies albums and the Peel sessions are just magnificent and The Breeders don't quite match up to those to my (cloth) ears but that is certainly no insult! And yes Haddaway does wear Thunderbirds pyjamas. Whenever I heard him bellow 5..4.. I knew I only had mere seconds to escape, if I wasnt out of his range by the time he shouted 'Thunderbird's are go!' well.. Like I said, the man's a beast! And yes Miss Jones did reject his ideas but only because she took exception to his waistcoat. She ripped it clean off him snarling that she wore it better daaaaahling. A demeaning sight. And fine, I'll accept Rod if yous keep bloody Lulu. I thankfully can't remember Flowers In The Window but Travis were undeniably shite. '..breaking in to pieces, pieces, piiieeeeces.' That's actually what the Mogwai track Scotland's Shame is about. True story.

I heard Pixies 'Bagboy' when it first came out and it was OK, but almost 10 years after reforming and that's the best they could come up with? Nah.. it's like all the ingredients were there (off-kilter guitar, Deal-esque backing vocals etc.) but no 'soul'. I realised I only really liked it as a mediocre nostalgia trip and that isn't good. I could just stick on Doolittle and have a fooking fantastic nostalgia trip! And you will hear no argument from me regarding Ms Deal, she is a goddess and The Breeders and one of the most underrated bands ever. Great, strange little pop songs. I only have a couple of Tricky albums which I listen to sporadically but I do really enjoy them. I'm glad to hear he's still doing his thing and I'll definitely check some of his newer stuff out. Oh and he cowrote Hurricane off Grace Jones' last album and that was epic! And 'super' is our compatibility, it was down to 'fair' last time. How soon you forget. *writes bitter Lennon-esque ballad*

Oh yes new FNM! I will definitely be getting that. I'm pleased they've decided to record some new stuff, hopefully it will be a bit more insane like Angel Dust than their later albums but I'm a bit of a Mikey fan-girl so I'll probably love it anyway. Ah but London gave us one of the most versatile and gifted actors of the last 20 years- Danny Dyer- so it can't be all bad. Sorry I meant caaahn't be awl baaahd, innit? I remember being on a bus in Glasgow years ago and there was a really cheery Cockney dude driving and talking away, when we got off my Maye said 'That Australian guy was cool!' Accents eh? Oh did you get Pixies last album or whatever it was? I didn't even bother, what a bloody disappointment their reunion turned out to be. And yay! Hahaha! Your last couple of sentences made me giggle like a numpty, reminded me of Blackadder :) 'Yes! I woz that sheep!' I was really jealous of your eyeliner back then, what was your secret? Cameron in a wicker man would be amazing, especially if he did the dodgy Edward Woodward accented 'Oh Jesus Christ!' I sent an email to the owners of this site and apparently the scrobbler will be allowed but all tracks will be changed to Runrig and Capercaillie. I will give MDB and that a listen, the name put me off a bit. Not as much as Pissed Jeans though, eww! I still refuse to listen to them, doubt I'm missing much though. I've only met a couple of Londoners and they were alright but insisted in copying everything I said in a fake Scots accent. That didn't get annoying at all, no sir. In fact now I'm thinking about it, fook 'em. *exists singing Scotland The Brave*

Rod has a cock-er-nee accent, he can't be Scottish. He only says he is for some street cred. I've got bloody 'Stay With Me' in my head now, noooo! You know some of the Yes campaign isn't far off that, it's getting really dirty now. Lots of really intense arguments and stuff on FB, I'm staying well clear. I think there may be civil war whatever the result. Exciting times! You know I bet Gira's been wanting to use that title since they started but is just waiting for the right time. All I can say is he lured me to him on false pretences, he TOLD me he had a dungeon but he didn't. The lying bastard! Aye, it's true Salmond has vowed that any Scot found fraternising with Sassernach scum like yourself will be executed like William Wallace. I don't know why he's using him as an example as he was an anti-semitic Australian of course, but that's his view. It's also true about the Berlin wall, Salmond is planning to fly David Hasselhoff in for a gig just at the border, thus forcing the English to rebuild it and he can claim innocence. Sick! I've never really got in to Prince, I'm too white and uptight for all that 'shmexy' stuff but I will have to give him another go (missus!).
