You're right mate, the American rap loses some weight since the ol' time (90's <3) but I think we will see brand new things in the coming years... French rap is growing with some good artists like Disiz La Peste, Ghetto Youths, Kennedy, Ol'Kainry, Youssoupha etc...

Yeah bro, I agree with you for ATCQ! Regarding the local acts, it's probably because I'm not so much into the French Rap, I mean that I feel more things for the American rap style. Anyway I still have a lot to discover in both style & in the music overall. What about you and the Canadian Hip Hop ? :)

Not really mate. Been quite slack on the live music front. At the end of November I went back to England for about 5 weeks - got back to Australia on 5th Jan. Had a good time over there, but it was cold!
