I swear it was almost totally accidental ;) Fiona Apple? I know that name but never really listened to her. I don't like female singers, no idea why. I just don't. Motown's a great idea, I'd love to hear Lanegan do that. I doubt it'll ever happen though. Or Mark and Greg could make an album with motown covers together, Dulli's good at it. That would be fun :)

Well, I listened to the whole album. It's pretty good. Resurrection Song's great but I think I like the bootleg version more. Maybe because of that piano... Lanegan's a damn good singer, loved him with Soulsavers, not so much with Isobel but it's her fault, not his. What do you think he's going to do now? A solo album? Btw, after the London gig I 'accidentally' overheard his conversation with Badly Drawn Boy, I believe there's a chance of collaboration. Now that would be interesting, wouldn't it? I like Badly.

Ha ha, gotta agree, he is beautiful in his own unique way. Just like Dulli. When I met Greg for the first time a couple of years ago all I managed to say was "I love you". He wanted to be kind so he said "I love you too", but I'm sure he thought I was a love-struck idiot or something :) Anyway, I went to a music store today and bought Lanegan's 'Field Songs.' I listened to An Evening with Greg & Mark in Glasgow bootleg on my way to work, fell in love with Resurrection Song and decided I wanted to hear the original version.

I didn't cry but felt like it when Dulli started playing Twilite Kid. Love that song. The venue was perfect too. Incredible show. And yeah, next time you see Mark, just go for it! I'd love to see the pictures :)

Hey! I had an amazing evening. Didn't you? I was in the second row with Greg right in front of me and they played Summer's Kiss and River Rise and Candy Cane. It was perfect. Yeah, I met Mark and he did speak. He said 'hi', then he said 'yes' a couple of times ;) But seriously, he was in a very good mood, he smiled a bit, said he enjoyed the show. We were scared a bit at first and kept calling him mr Lanegan, which he found amusing. It was nice. How was it for you?

I can imagine, moved to Essex not so long ago myself. No better place for somebody who likes going to gigs. I like Mark's first album with Isobel, the new one's not so good though. Great to see some Jo Arthur in your stats. He's a genius.

You'll probably have no problem with Dulli, he doesn't mind meeting fans after the show. Had a pleasure of meeting him a couple of times :) It's more difficult with Lanegan, he's not very much into photos and all that stuff. He usually leaves the venue very quickly or doesn't come out untill everybody's gone. But who knows, maybe you'll get lucky :)

I have, a couple of times this year and with the Twilight Singers in the past. Still I can't wait to see them again. I'm nuts about Dulli, love everything about this guy (as you can see :) and I like Lanegan a lot as well. Incredible voice. How did you get into them?
