Dohoho. I hate you both now. Agreed on hockey making school tolerable. September is consistently my worst month because it's the only one with school and no hockey. Can't wait for it to feel like summer in October when the season starts. Are you going to Fest?

well we've already got 10 (yes, TEN) defencemen at the moment so i'm hoping that never happens unfortunately for you. i really hope burke does something with the extra d men to land a decent forward or two. i guess that will come after his little sweden invasion that's he's got going on right now..

yep, that sounds like him. it also really bothered me that he'd go around picking fights at stupid times, only to lose them! i don't think i've ever seen him win a fight, or even come close really at least not in a leafs uniform. oh well, we got beauchemen however you spell it today so i'm happy about that. it'd be nice to you know, get a forward at some point too.. i'm hoping that signing was to move kaberle for someone decent up front.

yeah i don't hate orr, but, i don't like that hockey requires teams to have these kinds of players. i've played hockey most of my life and i fight when needed but i also score a lot of goals and you know, play the game. i like guys that care about getting pucks in the net as well as the rough stuff more so than the guys that can barely skate but are deadly fighters. anyways, i'm glad to hear he doesn't take a lot of stupid penalties, that hollweg piece of shit we had at the start of last year was BRUTAL for that plus he lost every fight he got into but i guess you know all about that. again, i haven't seen orr as much as you but i'd take him over brashear anyday for sure, i hate that guy. it's too bad he wasn't more seriously hurt when mcsorley gave him that slash to the head, frankly he had it coming and still does. wasn't there a big cheap shot from brashear in the playoffs on a ranger though? wonder how that's gonna work out..

I don't know how much of Gabby you've seen as an Eastern Conference fan, but he is a special player and one of my favorites. In terms of pure goal-scoring ability, I'd rank him alongside Ovechkin and Kovalchuk as among the best in the league while his skating speed is unparalleled. He never really had a playmaking center in Minny--a problem which will carry over to NY after Gomez's departure--but, despite that, put up awesome numbers. Forget Lundqvist, he's your new best player and you should be fucking stoked.

yeah crosby fucking pisses me off to no end. malkin does too so i just can't cheer for the pens very easily even though i love staal, letang and orpik. did you see the game last night? sure he's a good player and all but EVERY fucking whistle he's whining to the refs about something. coaster is ok. i guess i like it a little more than the last couple albums which weren't that good, but it's not their greatest by any means. depends which nofx you're a fan of i guess - myself, i think my prime nofx years were the punk in drublic-heavy petting zoo-so long and thanks for all the shoes years.

i love the hawks but i don't like that they have to go through my favourite teams to get to the final. i gotta go canucks for this series, but i won't hold any grudges if it doesn't work out. even if they destroyed my flames already.. definitely bruins in the east, bruins caps would be a good east final. i hope the ducks can beat detroit too, i don't hate detroit but they've won enough already. plus i like the ducks line up, even if they do play out of california.

i'm pretty shocked to hear that but i don't really mind. i've hated the guy so much and for so long that even if he turned into the league's leading scorer next year i'd still be glad toronto got rid of him. apparently this year is just a year of players i hate dominating the playoffs.. fucking havlat 12 seconds into OT vs. the flames..
