Looks like the Itunes Desktop scrobbler app is now working

Wait I mean @Apple as they ruined Itunes and its scrobbling ability with Lastfm for like the 4th time I know of.

OMG this Pisses me off to no end. @itunes went again and screwed shit up.

I wish I could add these songs to Tumblr etc. and add artist pictures, album artwork etc.

I'm getting an error trying to post this on the forum, so I've sent it you, in case it helps: Saw your post today when I was trying to fix the same problem. A short while later I found a way of stopping the beeps. Open scrobbler and select Tools-> Options. Uncheck the 'Show desktop notifications' checkbox. It stops the beeping, but at the cost of no longer having the pop-up at all. That's a price I'm happy to pay - those beeps were annoying the hell out of me, and I already know what song I'm playing. Hope this helps.
