On Saturday the 30th of July, The Courtyard Theatre and the Forest presents The Bang Bang Caravel.
As London prepares to make it's yearly trip to Edinburgh, The Courtyard Theatre in Hoxton is organising a send off extravaganza to help save one of the old town's modern day gems.
The Bang Bang Caravel is a decadence of live music, short film, installation, performance, 3 dimensional projections, DJs, canapés and dancing.
Featuring live performances from
Romvelope (Norwego-Scottish tour through electro, R’n’B and hip-hop, (www.myspace.com/romvelope),
the fantastic harmonic collages of
Jack Shirt (www.thejackshirt.com),
Scottish rap star
Mikel Krumins
and the excellent free noise / sci-fi / psychic minds of

A series of stunning short films from Scotland, Syria and Lebanon curated by Reel Festivals (www.reelfestivals.org) and art provided by The Long White Cloud Artist Collective.
Entry by Donation, all proceeds go to the save the forest campaign (blog.theforest.org.uk/savetheforest)
