"Say Yes to Heaven" (also registered as "Yes to Heaven") is a song by Lana Del Rey. It is an outtake from Ultraviolence, Honeymoon, and Lust for Life. It was officially released as a single on May 19, 2023.

The song was recorded during November 2013 in the same sessions as "I Can Fly", "Fine China", "Shades of Cool", "Sad Girl", "Is This Happiness" and "Your Girl", and was originally intended to be included on Ultraviolence before being cut.

Three snippets of the song's first and second stem edits leaked on August 15, 2016, and a full but edited file of the second stem edit leaked on December 24, 2016, followed by the unedited version leaking on January 28, 2017. On February 12, 2018, the second version of the song leaked through MusicMafia. A second snippet of the first stem edit leaked on October 2, 2020, and a full but edited version surfaced the following day. The Honeymoon demo version produced by STINT leaked in full on May 4, 2021.

On January 4, 2023, it was revealed that what were originally considered the first and second versions, are actually edits created by instrumentalist Patrick Warren in 2016, who quickly created his own versions of the song while being tricked by someone pretending to be Del Rey. Using stems from the original Rick Nowels version, as well as his own instrumentation, he created these two versions. The full Rick Nowels version was the one released in 2023.

The versions produced by Rick Nowels in November 2013 and by James Ford in April 2014 were meant for Ultraviolence. The versions produced by STINT in the latter half of 2014 were produced after the release of Ultraviolence, and the song was subsequently shopped around to a number of different producers in 2015 and 2016 to be worked on, in contention for Honeymoon and Lust for Life, respectively.

The song is rumored to have over 100 mixes.

On April 4, 2023, the song was discovered to have been recently registered into PPL's music database. This version, with the year tagged 2023, has a different runtime than any other known version. It was rumored to be produced by Nowels and Dean Reid, and was expected to be released before summer 2023.

A version of the song, produced by Nowels, was released as a surprise on May 19, 2023.
