Thanks, I'll check both of those out soon, was just a bit overwhelmed when looking at his discography. Curren$y can be kinda the same in just how much music he releases, especially recently. I got into him with 'Pilot Talk' but 'Pilot Talk II' would be a good place as well. Verde Terrace (his most recent) and Covert Coup are also good listens, the guy really is on top of his game at the moment. By the way, I really like your art in your 'About Me' section, especially that first pic. Good stuff.

Haha, right back at you man, really nice charts and thanks for the add. Where would you recommend starting with E-40? Been looking to get into him for a while but have no idea where to start. Also, I'm pretty jealous about both of your upcoming events, they're both gonna be amazing.

hey thanks, i like your illustrations. Really the only things I listen to are Jesus & Mary Chain, Close Lobster, Weekend (the sf post-punk band not the r&b one), Austra, Ty Segall, Mikal Cronin, Shannon & The Clams and The Cosmonauts. so entirely post-punk and garage rock. I actually need some new music myself, been exhausting the same records. oh and 90s dance hits.

I really did thanks, and that really sucks... Its a fallow year next year, there growing wheat on the farm, but 2013 is going to be amazing, I've heard that Radiohead could be headlining the Pyramid Stage! (I've seen them play there at the park last year and this year, so I definatly hope they do!)

well, it wasn't actually yours, but Banhart's lyrics to Queen Bee but however, you've reminded me about that song.

Heyy, sorry for the late response, been at Glastonbury the last few days, thanks alot, your charts are awesome too, I see you like IDM (Sqaurepusher & Aphex Twin being in your top artists), have you checked out Clark? Tracks are really similar to Apex Twin like Night Knuckles (REALLY similar to his track Nannou) and Autumnal Crush (which is really similar in composition to his long ambient stuff like Rhubarb and Curtains, exept it slowly builds and then tears itself apart and leaves just this gentle ambience that fades to pretty much nothing, I love it :D ) So yeahh, for me IDM wise he's a definite favorite! =]

Haha. You caught me. I actually tried to download the Yuck album, but for some reason it didn't work. I'll definitely go back and check them out. Hopefully Mediafire has my back this time...

Hey! As far as recommendations go, today I downloaded De La Soul's "Stakes Is High", Cursive's "The Ugly Organ", and Dntel's "Life is Full of Possibilities". I get the sense that the De La album is a grower, but the other two are great.

If we're so low on compatibility, then how was I found? Was I on the top listeners for Steely Dan/Slowdive? That'd be pretty badass if I was!

Saw them live too, it seemed like the whole year was building up to that show haha, I still listen to Innerspeaker daily, just such a perfectly timed record. Glad you're enjoying Yuck, I love the 90's influences they use, it's fresh yet reminiscent. And hey, maybe I'll see you at Coachella?

Looks very solid to me, from indie to alt rock to edm to hip hop. The only thing is the lack of post-rock/ambient talent. Still going to be a great weekend though

Hiya. Thanks for the shout =) I'd recommend Machinefabriek. His recent album Daas is quite excellent and Vloed is my personal favorite. The genre lies somewhere in the Tim Hecker realm (an artist you should also check out if you haven't). On the noise rock spectrum, check out Boredoms. Both Super æ and Vision Creation Newsun are great. In the hip hop/glitch hop spectrum I've been digging Nosaj Thing lately; quite interesting.

as for music recommendations, i don't know, i've been in a music shlump, i hate everything on my ipod at the moment, so if you actually have any suggestions, do send them my way! i do highly recommend roy orbison and leonard cohen though. they're kind of an acquired taste but they're both great.
