Seed of Pain is an experimental heavy band from Lucerne, Switzerland. The band formed in January 2007 and has since released several records gaining positive reactions from various people. Having it's roots in the Hardcore/Punk Community, the band's sound changed and progressed since the beginning, getting into a more experimental direction, also working with different people from the local music scene.
Seed of Pain released their first real long player "Blindfolded & Doomed" in September 2009 on the german-based Hardcore Label Cobra X Records. The album has won the "Lucerne Record of the Year" Award from the local indiependent radio station 3FACH.
