Mallcore is a term used to describe music in spectrum of Hardcore, Metal, and Rock genres, that tends to be very accessible and appealing to teenagers. It is derived from the “-core” suffix used in Hardcore Punk related genres and “Mall” culture. Famous artists that are often described as Mallcore include Marilyn Manson, Five Finger Death Punch and Slipknot.
