True, however there are bands who know their shit and are serious, though it's a minority. And you can't deny what Venom did was pioneering man, that still stands. And no, not the song black metal only, their imagery scared people to hell. Araya shouting 666 while being accused of devil worshipping and satanism and playing to tons of people with Slayer live, and he goes often to church on Sunday. The complete lack of knowledge, also within metal, is sometimes to laugh at indeed ;)

It's what black metal is? If they upset you and make you worry about what they do, you achieve their goal and they don't do much for it.
