Like so many acts before them, the Greater Toronto Area provided a rich breeding ground for the convincing sounds of USED FOR GLUE. Fans are quick to point to the stamp of 70’s stadium music like Cheap Trick, Elton John and The Who embedded in the sound along with some less obvious and lesser known Jellyfish, Walter Schreifels and Spoon influences. After some informal jams, it soon became apparent that a long-time friendship helped inspire a creative chemistry all very naturally.
