I saw Trivium in 2022 at a festival, and despite the sound crew's poor performance, the band delivered an excellent performance. Matt Heafy in particular was incredibly professional and cool to the audience despite the setbacks.

  It was an awesome show when I saw them touring the new material, but it was admittedly strange hearing them try to follow up Shogun's title track with Pull Harder, just goes to show the wide range of appeal they have I suppose! Was pretty wholesome how multi-generational the crowd was.

In the Court of the Dragon, What the Dead Men Say, and The Sin and the Sentence has to be one of the best three album runs that I’ve ever listened to. Metal doesn’t get much better.

Heafy's clean vocals are terrible and kill any potential these guys have to be a top tier band. His vocals are bland as fuck, and in spite of top tier melodies, drumming, and riffs he brings them down a lot

Not listened to much Trivium since Silence in the Snow and before that, Shogun. Saw Court of the Dragon and thought 'yeah go on then'. Amazing. Getting back into Trivium properly again.
