Biography
Radarfilm, the pseudonym for Tobias Münzer, is a German artist currently working in Berlin.
Born in 1986, he has been musically active from an early age - learning the piano at ten and guitar when he was fifteen. According to his website, he began making electronic music in 2002 and began creating Drum and Bass. Shortly after digital music creation, his work became more focused on Electronica and experimental music. He created three albums prior to 2006, but none of these were publicly released.
In 2007, Radarfilm released his first official album "Hinter der Wahrheit" via the netlabel Krieslauf. After this release, he began playing live in clubs and festivals and was a co-founder of the experimental band "Phantom Crunch". He also began releasing individual tracks for compilation albums and released his second album "7 not danceable dancetracks" on the netlabel Fantomton.
Self-described as bringing "an emotional approach to house music", Radarfilm's work is a mixture of the Electronica, House, Acid and Ambient genres.
Radarfilm also builds electronic hardware and codes software as tools to " further satisfy his musical needs".
