Pulco was the recording name used by Welsh musician and artist Ash Cooke (previously in 90s Welsh group Derrero). Making home recordings on cheap tape players and 4–Tracks since his youth, Cooke showed a love of all things lo-fi. Initially making his mark in 90s Welsh group Derrero, Cooke continued to release albums under the Pulco banner for the best part of ten years in amongst the chaos and busyness of his regular life.
