Nilon Bombers were a four piece Guitar band from Cheltenham, Glos. Formed in the Summer of 1992 they consisted of Drew Norton ( vocalist/ Guitarist ) Gareth Ballard ( Guitarist/ Vocalist ) Mark/ Kim Dorman ( Bass) and Martin Williams ( Drums ).

Touring the UK from September 92 they had played over 300 Gigs before being signed by Almo Sounds in December 1994. Releasing 2 Eps in 1995 they also continued to tour with the likes of Carter USM and Whiteout. The Kim Fowley produced album " Bird" was released in June 1996 along with "Superstar", a tribute to the bands heroes from the 1970s. The band split in November 1996.
