The band's breakthrough came with their debut album, "What If," which garnered critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base. Songs like "Wasteland" and "Old Friend" showcased their ability to craft deeply introspective and emotionally charged music.
“Wasteland” was also featured in “Rocksmith 2014”, making EarlyRise the only unsigned artist to ever be included in the learn-to-play-guitar video game.
