Avenue Sky has exerted themselves from day one with the term "Do It Yourself" to create a blend of multiple musical genres from their melting pots. Specifically based on an alternative/metal taste, Avenue Sky’s well-rounded sound gives insight to listeners of all styles of music, with their influences easily shown through their wide-spectrum creations.
Hailing from neighborhood-friendly Flint, MI, Avenue Sky was formed in 2008 with members Christian Konkle (vocals), Donald Dobos (guitar), Charlie Cook (bass), Stevezy Fox (guitar), and Shane Kuntz (drums).
Musically diverse and dynamic throughout each and every song, the vocals and lyrics are endearing and humble one moment, yet tragically bleeding the next. Their influences, though, are inconsequential, as their main focus is to let the listener create their own perception of the band’s sound.
Always on the move, Avenue Sky is constantly building their fan base with every “show-of-a-lifetime” performance that they deliver by sticking to their roots and doing whatever it takes to ascend to the next level.
