There have been two venues with this name:
1. The original Yankee Stadium (1923-2008)
2. The new Yankee Stadium (2009-present)

1. Yankee Stadium was a baseball park located in The Bronx in New York City. Built in 1923, it served as the home for the New York Yankees baseball team from 1923 to 2008. Occasionally, concerts were held at the stadium, including concerts by Billy Joel, Pink Floyd and The Isley Brothers. The stadium was closed in 2008, and replaced by New Yankee Stadium in 2009.

2. The second Yankee Stadium, also known as “New Yankee Stadium” is the current home stadium for the New York Yankees. It is located across the street and to the north-northeast from where the original Yankee Stadium once stood. The park was opened on April 2, 2009, when the Yankees hosted a workout day in front of fans from the Bronx community. The first concert at the new stadium was performed by Jay-Z and Eminem on September 13, 2010.
