WOW!!!! I am so glad you went - I would have loved to see them do that album in their entirety (my fave album of there's by a long shot, and IMO their last great album). What was Cop Shoot Cop like? And Home of the Brave? Wow.... C & I saw them twice earlier this year. The first time was in a small club in Melbourne and we were literally in the front row, with no barrier between the stage and us - we were leaning on the stage. JP was right above us which was pretty amazing, and it was a very psychedelic experience. I'd always found Spiritualized somewhat boring in the past, but this show delivered big time. And JP is an amazing guitarist I discovered. The show the week after was at the Aus ATP and pretty cool as well. So, I have been re-listening a lot since then - so much great stuff! I am very envious though about LAGWAFIS!!! (As is Caroline!)
