The OPEN QUARTET, led by C.Zavalloni, ranges over different musical genres, such as standards, French songs, contemporary compositions, free improvisation, ecc…It has just finished preparing a wotk about the German writer Bertolt Brecht, intitled: "How to take advanteage of B.Brecht without being slavish.", which is endowed with a theater-dimension and sometimes asks the musicians to turn into speakers or even actors.
