Camp a low hum was a term first coined in 1773 by William Ranckunfurst of german descent. It derives from the latin "campus lerum" meaning "to swing" or "circle enticement". William spoke of the phrase during the bloody raw of Panama city, where he fought alongside his wise cricking side kick Jimminy cricket.
