Troye Sivans first single from his sophomore album. It was released on January 10th 9pm pst. Troye said he got the inspiration and wrote the song in Sweden. He heard a song in a café and got inspired by the beat. Later, Leland came up with the phrase "My My My" which inspired Sivan who wanted to write a song that was more upbeat and dance friendly than his previous album.
It was mainly promoted by a countdown on a billboard at Time Square. For the release day the hashtag used on twitter had a personalised emoji picturing Sivan.
