Here is an old remake of Teresa's songs: "Goodbye My Love: Deng Lijun Jazz Classics" (2004) by A Wa: (A) ... If you also know other remakes, please drop a message. Thank you! ... (A) https://www.last.fm/music/A+Wa/Goodbye+My+Love:+Deng+Lijun+Jazz+Classics
Well, uh, I mean, she christened herself "Teresa" so I don't really think it's wrong; just that the pages should be merged. For instance, "Teresa Teng" is autocorrected to this page, but none of the other spellings are.
Don't worry. She's definitely No.1 singer in east Asia. Almost every Chinese and Japanese knows her, meanwhile not everyone in China and Japan knows last.fm -- I'm from China, I knew and registered last.fm today. I seldom listen to music online, I prefer CD.
Not only [tag]c-pop[/tag] singer, her Japanese language artist name [artist]テレサ・テン[/artist] is glorious on Japanese [tag]j-pop[/tag] music history forever. She was multi-talent various language vocalist.
I would disagree with WhereforeArt's comment underneath in terms of merging. First of all, テレサ・テン is not a stage name, it's her Japanese equaivalent of Teresa ・Den. Secondly, if last.fm keeps multiple entries because she had a different market and sang songs in different language, then, folks like Celine Dion, Ricky Martin, Ute Lamper, etc., and you-name-it should have multiple entries as well.
