The group is composed of five teenage girls, Ayano Konishi, Miyu Yamabe, Hitomi Arai, Yuri Nakae, and Mei Shyoji. On December 1, 2009 the Japanese media made reports about Avex creating a new girl group due to them being in popular demand. They also reported that Avex would be keeping the identities a secret until January 1, 2010.
