Swirl People are these two gents from Belgium: Raoul Belmans & Dimitri Dewever. Raoul runs the Aroma label and is the greatest house music Belgium DJ along with his friend Massimo da Costa. As a young teenager he was exceptionally interested in electric boogie music, breakdancing and hip-hop culture in general. He started to play in 1991 on a local radio station. In 1993 he started a new show with a bunch of friends broadcasting live in the area of the University City of Leuven.
