Sungwoon's first solo album "My Moment" was released on February 28, 2019 with an upbeat and cheerful title-track "BIRD" and the singer held his showcase at Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul on July 27. The album consists of five tracks in which all were written and composed by Sungwoon himself.
