Mishio Ogawa (born February 23 , 1959 ) is a Japanese singer , musician , narrator , and voice actress . She was born in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture . In April 1978, she joined the rock group Chakra (チャクラ) as a vocalist . In July 1980 , she made her debut with Chakra. While in Chakra, she also participated in Sakata Akira 's Wha-ha-ha and Senba Kiyohiko 's Haniwa All-Stars. In 1983, Chakra ceased activities. In 1984, she released her solo album Ogawa Mishio .
