On My Tour Track Tour

Having just completed her second SOLD OUT national tour of Australian capital cities throughout May and early June, Lanie Lane is very excited to announce that she is heading out in solo mode to finally play shows in a bevy of regions she is yet to visit, in front of fine folks she is yet to meet, on the On My Own Track tour.
The past 12 months have been the stuff of dreams for Lanie with pretty much everything a girl could reasonably wish for coming true. In no particular order this includes: recording a single with Jack White in Nashville; signing with Ivy League Records; seeing To The Horses enter the ARIA charts at #12; playing two sold-out national tours to ever growing crowds; supporting acts such as Cold Chisel, rockabilly legend Brian Setzer and Jack White; gracing the covers of countless quality publications; tours of the US and UK; receiving four nominations at the prestigious 2012 APRA Awards (including Song of the Year), and perhaps most importantly, having the time of her life whilst doing it all.
To The Horses is a collection of 11 songs that duck and weave through a heady mix of early rock and roll, blues and rockabilly, serving up fantastic tales of love, lust, heartbreak and the importance of a good guitar – all delivered by one of the most undeniably distinctive voices and charming characters in Australian music.
Lanie now invites all comers: young, old, hip, square and otherwise to join her as she and her trusty guitar Bo Didd roll into town for a fantastic night of rock and roll, balladry, rambling song introductions and unfiltered charm. Tickets go on sale 9am local time on Friday June 15.
