Red Light Skyscraper is a rock band formed in 2013 in Siena.
Between 2015 and 2016 they independently record and promote four singles that take shape in the EP 'Fourteen Months', promoted through dates throughout Italy until they reach their peak in December 2016, when they open their tenth anniversary concert at the Flog in Florence.
A few days later they launch on Musicraiser the crowdfunding campaign for the realization of the first album, obtaining a wide success: thanks to the support of their fans, in October 2017 they release "Still the Echo", promoting it on stages alongside artists such as Gazebo Penguins and Fuzz Orchestra.
The album sees the positive review of La Repubblica that describes it as "an emotional post rock, a journey to the cosmos that is inside us, the infinite that we know how to keep inside and that never stops surprising us".
In November 2018 they are among the headliners of the first Italian post-rock festival held in Trieste, joined by artists such as The Chasing Monster, Winter Dust, Il Giardino degli Specchi, Quiet Is The New Loud and EUF.
In January 2019 they released the new single "Matisse".
